The Rhythm

Built for real life, not your calendar.

The weekly and monthly rhythm is designed for men with full lives. You don't have to come every week. But when you do, you'll find familiar faces who are glad you showed up.

Every Sunday · 7:30am

Morning Trail Walk

Charlotte's greenways — McAlpine Creek or Little Sugar Creek. Look for the smiley face flag. All paces welcome.

Every Wednesday · 6:30pm

Evening Walk or Social

Alternating weeks — movement and conversation, side by side. Ends near a bar. That part is not optional.

1st Friday · 8:30am

Breakfast Gathering

Rotating South Charlotte venues. Small group by design. This is where you actually talk.

3rd Friday · Noon

Lunch Gathering

Same small-group format, midday. Good for the man whose Fridays open up mid-morning.

Thursdays Apr 17 – May 22

SouthPark After 5

Symphony Park, 5–9pm. Free. Food trucks and live music every week. Easy to show up, hard to leave early.

Coming Up

April 23 — Charlotte Knights Baseball

Truist Field, Uptown Charlotte. A small group of guys, good seats, cold beer. No agenda. Just a ball game and good company.

First pitch 7:04pm · ~$34/person · Come solo or bring a friend.

Find Your People
No Surprises

What to expect when you show up.

01

Come solo or bring someone

Either is completely fine. Most men come alone the first time. You won't be standing there wondering what to do — someone will find you.

02

No membership, no commitment

You don't sign anything. You don't pay a fee. You just show up and see if it's your kind of thing. Most men come back.

03

Look for the smiley face flag

At outdoor events, that's the landmark. It's our version of a trail marker. Corny? Yes. Works perfectly.
